The Matthews Opera House is available for rent for your group or event on a limited basis. Preference is given to art related groups and activities, but the facilities may be rented for your business event or meeting. There are two areas for rent, the theater and stage area and the Fire Place room.

The Theater will seat up to 110 at table setting on the main floor. For theater and stage events, seating capacity is 264.

The Fire Place room will support up to 40 depending on seating needs. This room also features a coffee bar, refrigerator and sink.
